Welcome HomeMemory Lake Estates was created with approval of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough on 12 June, 1972, by the General Hawaiian Development Corporation. Originally marketed to residents of Hawaii and Japan, some lots are retained by original purchasers in that state and country.
The intention of the property was that it should be developed as a vacation place with horse riding trails and other amenities of leisure living. Over the years, the properties in Memory Lakes Estates have been developed as year round residences for Alaskans. |
